If Sound Had Eyes

It would see more than words.

What moves within us becomes something we release into the spaces around us. A reflection on sound, emotion, tone, and presence.

Read the narration

If sound had eyes, it would not only see the words.

It would see what carried them.

The anger behind the sentence.
The fear behind the silence.
The grief behind the trembling voice.
The pride behind the sharp reply.
The love behind the gentle answer.

Because sound does not begin at the mouth.

It begins deeper.

In the breath.
In the chest.
In the throat.
In the body.
In the pressure building before a word is spoken.

The body has a sound before the voice does.

A tight breath speaks.
A racing heart speaks.
A clenched jaw speaks.
A nervous laugh speaks.
A quiet sigh speaks.
A calm presence speaks too.

And when emotion rises, it does not stay hidden.

It moves through the vessel.
It changes the breath.
It changes the tone.
It changes the pace.
It changes the volume.
It changes the room.

Because words are not empty.

They carry spirit.
They carry condition.
They carry what is moving through us.

A gentle word can calm a room.
A harsh word can set it on fire.
A bitter word can plant bitterness.
A loving word can make space for peace.

So the question is not only:

What did I say?

The deeper question is:

What did my sound release?

If sound had eyes, it would see the spirit moving through the signal.
