The Two Lenses
When the Mind Serves Fear or the Heart Serves Source
A short visual reflection on the inner battle between distortion and clarity — the mind shaped by fear, and the heart aligned with Source.
The Two Lenses explores the inner struggle between distortion and clarity. The mind can be fed by fear, pride, comparison, appetite, and control — or it can become an interpreter in service to a heart aligned with Source.

The Two Lenses.
When the Mind Serves Fear or the Heart Serves Source.
The same world can be seen through two lenses.
One clear.
One distorted.
The distorted lens begins when the mind is fed by fear, pride, comparison, appetite, and control.
It says:
You are being overlooked.
You are not enough.
They are against you.
Take control.
Make them pay.
Distortion does not always sound evil.
Sometimes it sounds reasonable.
Sometimes it sounds protective.
Sometimes it sounds like justice.
But underneath it, something separates.
The heart grows quiet.
The mind grows loud.
Reality bends around fear.
The clear lens begins in the heart aligned with Source.
It listens for love before reaction.
It makes room for truth without violence.
It does not deny pain or ignore danger.
But it refuses to let fear become the ruler.
The clear lens says:
Pause.
Listen.
There may be more to understand.
Do not let pain become accusation.
Do not let anger become control.
Do not let fear become your voice.
Choose what keeps love alive.
The mind is not the enemy.
The mind is an interpreter.
When the mind rules without the heart, distortion grows.
When the mind serves the heart, the lens becomes clear.
A thought may knock.
Fear may speak.
The accuser may offer a story.
But agreement opens the door.
The question is not whether distortion will speak.
It will.
The question is which lens we trust.
Because the lens we choose becomes the world we live in.
And the world we live in becomes the fruit we leave behind.
